I’ve decided that hosting my site with Winhost.com was a big mistake. Their servers are super slow. Their support is useless. I regret making the mistake of refering clients to them. I’ve been trying to get help from support on a large and well funded project and I can’t even get anyone on the support chat line let alone a telephone. Winhost stop pretending to be Pros. You suck!!! I’m an MCSE,CCNP, and I have twenty years experience in this business. This is the worst ISP ever!

But clearly you know how to contact support, and they did help you with a couple of issues, so I’m not sure where all the venom is coming from.
